Why hasn't my shipment arrived yet?
 
- Due to momo's schedual. There might be a delay in some shipments. Please understand we only have 2 people running this website, and she is the only one shipping things in and out. This is a personal business.
 
Your package might be in Pre-Order. In some occasions, We run out of stock on prints and we will need to order again. Being that this is a starting business and we are running on the money made through this website. 
 
Your package might have gotten lost in the mail. If it has not arrived within the time period provided above, please contact us at momosweetcosplay@live.com. We are willing to replace the missing package with no extra pay.

Am I able to return an item?

 

YES. you may return any item you recieve but you must pay for return shipping. Returning an item does NOT guarrentee you recieve 100% of your money back after you have recieved it. Anything that is returned MUST be in same condition as recieved. We require a picture of the item that you want to return before you send it. Returning an item might be up for discussion.

This will be open for discussion and if the item is in need of replacement we are willing to replace it instantly with the SAME item you originally recieved.

 

Can I cancel my order?

 

Yes you may only if the order has not been shipped out yet. If you want to return it afterwords refer to above question.

 

I don't want to return it, I just want to change my order?

 

You may only change your order if it has not been mailed out yet. Otherwise, you will have to make another purchase.

How long will it take to ship to me?
 
Prints:

USA takes 1-4 days to prepare shipment. Takes 2-7 days to arrive once shipped.

 

CANADA takes 1-4 days to prepare shipment. Takes 4-10 days to arrive once shipped.

 

Others: takes 1-4 days to prepare shipment Takes 5-30 days to arrive once shipped.

 

Other Items (props, commisioned art, cosplay items...):

USA takes 1-25 days to prepare shipment. Takes 5-45 days to arrive once shipped. (Depending on item)

 

CANADA takes 1-25 days to prepare shipment. Takes 10-45 days to arrive once shipped. (Depending on item)
